Refund policy

All sales made through Self Care Girl are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or failure to read the product description.

Due to the digital nature of our e-books and downloadable materials, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and therefore all digital sales are strictly non-reversible. Physical book purchases are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the rare event of a damaged or defective product, Self Care Girl may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement if sufficient evidence of the defect or damage is provided within seven (7) days of delivery.

Self Care Girl reserves the right to determine the validity of such claims and is under no obligation to provide a replacement. The buyer is responsible for ensuring all information entered at checkout, including shipping details, is accurate. Self Care Girl accepts no liability for issues arising from incorrect information, shipping delays, or third-party handling. By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer affirms full understanding and acceptance of this No Refund or Exchange Policy.
