6. No Refund or Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Self Care Girl maintains a strict no refund, no return, and no exchange policy for both digital and physical products. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. In the rare event that a physical product is received damaged or defective, Self Care Girl may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement if contacted within seven (7) days of receipt and sufficient evidence of the defect or damage is provided.
