Shipping policy

Physical Products: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within the UAE and 7–21 business days internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. Self Care Girl is not responsible for delays, losses, or incorrect deliveries resulting from courier issues or inaccurate address information.

Digital Products (E-Books): All digital purchases are delivered instantly. Upon successful payment, customers receive a download link and immediate access to their file. No physical shipping applies. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If a physical item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
